GRH 4 – Thai Conditioning

Thai boxing requires a very high level of fitness.  It’s an intense martial art which has fighters using fists, elbows, knees and legs.

Whether or not you want to train to fight as a Thai boxer, you can still learn a heck of a lot from the conditioning classes that such fighters would go through.

In the video below, we not only see some of the moves and techniques which are employed to get a high level of fitness, but we also talk to both Dan and Martin, about the fitness routines and about their fights!
