On Saturday 18th September, 'The Next Generation 3' Sprawl 'n' Brawl MMA fight night took place in Birmingham at the Ivy Leaf. Back in the 3rd week of September, one sunny afternoon, a Mixed Martial Arts contest was held at Stevie B's Gym in Birmingham - although actually within the dojo belonging to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champion, Braulio Estima - for members of an local MMA gyms could come along for a tussle. Chris Rice organised the fighter line ups, weighing in and so forth, and was referee for the bouts. Some of the fights lasted the full two rounds, and some didn't. One thing's for sure, all the contestants worked hard through some physically-gruelling battles. True heroes, even just to enter the ring. The line up included:

Chris discusses his fight, and how it went, despite his difficulties. Rommie is a guy who trains at Stevie B's Gym. He receives some personal input from Steve now and then, and in this video Steve help Rom work on his arms, to give them a strenuous workout and therefore something good to recover from and develop. Let's see what the workout entails in the video below:
