Carlton is a guy who has a lot of training experience, and splits his body up into different body parts to get what he feels are maximum results from his training. However, he felt he had a deficiency with his chest size. Even though he trains with heavy weights, and trains hard, he wasn't happy with his results. So, he asked Stevie B for some advice.
